We are looking for an Orchard Supervisor to join our Pipfruit Team based in the Hastings area.

Apatu Farms is a leading Hawke’s Bay Agribusiness focused on growing quality produce for prominent local and global customers. Operations span across Vegetable, Pipfruit, Viticulture, Dairy, Export and Transport activities.
We are looking to add another Orchard Supervisor to our Pipfruit Team based in the Hastings area. This additional supervisory role will be responsible for ensuring our seasonal staff are supported, well trained and working to a high level to meet our operational requirements.
About the role:
Reporting to the Site Orchard Management Team you will be a permanent member of our team effectively supervising, coordinating and supporting a team of seasonal workers ensuring our team know what is required of them, what to do and when to it.

- Be physically fit with a positive can-do attitude
- A natural people leader with a knack for getting the best out of people.
- Have good communication & interpersonal skills and seek help when needed
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
