We’re looking for a passionate and detail-driven Lead Field Quality Representative to champion fruit quality in our orchards. This role is all about ensuring our pipfruit meets the highest quality market and company specifications through robust data collection, reporting, and real-time communication.
This role will support our 2026 Apple Harvest (mid/end of January – early May) with the possibility of on-going work.
What You’ll Do
- Drive a strong in-field quality culture across our orchards
- Lead and monitor on-orchard specifications to support alignment with packhouse requirements.
- Collect and analyse quality data, identify trends, and report findings to our management teams.
- Communicate inspection results and quality standards clearly to orchard teams – raising any concerns with the management team.
- Support picking teams and trainers to maintain harvest quality.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure compliance with market and company standards.
What We’re Looking For
- Understanding of fruit quality specifications and compliance programmes.
- Experience in data collection, reporting, and quality control ore.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent time management.
You will be required to drive between orchard blocks so the successful candidate will need a minimum of a current, valid restricted driver’s licence.
