We are looking for an Orchard Supervisor to join our team and play a key role in leading orchard operations and supporting the delivery of excellent production outcomes.

About the role:

Reporting to the Orchard Assistant Manager, you will lead day-to-day orchard activities, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. You will supervise orchard staff, support seasonal planning, and help drive productivity and quality across the orchard.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Leading Hand or Supervisor looking to further develop their leadership skills within a progressive horticultural business.

 About you:

• Experience in pipfruit or horticultural operations.
• Previous team leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• A positive attitude and willingness to lead from the front.
• Commitment to health, safety, and quality.
• Current driver’s licence.
• Eligible to work in New Zealand.
